1. Orders & Shipping

Q: How can I place an order?
A: Simply browse our collection, select your desired items, choose the correct size , and add them to your cart. Then proceed to checkout, enter your details, and complete your payment.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: No sorry for now its UK shipping only, we will look to add international shipping in the future.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A:  We ship Royal Mail first class so delivery is usually with you within 2 to 3 working days.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy on unworn and unwashed items. Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

Q: How do I initiate a return or exchange?
A: Contact our customer support team at Stu@grims-gym.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions.

Q: Do you offer free returns?
A: We currently do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Sizing & Products

Q: How do I find the right size?
A: Sizes are displayed on the products page along with chest sizes. If your struggling feel free to contact us via the website or on social media. 

Q: Do you restock sold-out items?
A: Some items are restocked, while others are limited editions.
